Appointed in January 2025, he leads the Network’s strategic vision, global partnerships, and organizational development, working closely with the Global Advisory Council and departments across the institution to build a unified, mission‑driven platform for responsible AI governance.

A distinguished political scientist and recognized leader in global strategy, institutional resilience, and cross‑sector collaboration, Dr. Djaha has spent his career building global institutions, advising executive leaders, cross‑sector consulting with multilateral organizations, and engaging industry leaders on navigating technological transformation, fragmented multilateral systems, and geopolitical complexity. Before founding AIWBN, Dr. Djaha held senior advisory roles across technology, public institutions, and international development. In 2026, he will also publish two additional books: America’s Resilience 250: Why Civic Knowledge Is America’s Most Strategic Asset, which argues that rebuilding civic literacy is the most important investment the United States can make as it enters its next 250 years; and The Geopolitical Psychology of Nations in the AI Era, a work that explores the psychological foundations of national strategies in an age defined by artificial intelligence.

Three Core Values that Shape his Worldview

Dr. Jean Narcisse Djaha has three core values that shape his worldview and life in society: humility, service, and faith. Humility is the foundation of his worldview. It reminds him that leadership is not a pursuit of status, but a discipline of listening, learning, and growing. It keeps him grounded in truth rather than ego, and it ensures that every decision he makes is guided by purpose, not ambition. Humility allows him to lead with clarity, to build trust, and to honor the dignity of every person and community he serves. Service is the mandate that gives direction to his work. He believes leadership is legitimate only when it uplifts others, strengthens institutions, and expands opportunity. Service compels me to build platforms that outlast individuals, to empower the next generation, and to advance civic knowledge as a strategic asset for nations and societies. It is through service that vision becomes action and that leadership becomes impact. Faith is the source of his lifelong resilience and the compass of his mission as it grounds his decisions in moral conviction and sustains his commitment to justice, unity, and human flourishing. Faith gives him the courage to confront complexity, the discipline to persevere, and the hope to imagine a better world. It is the wellspring from which his leadership draws meaning, direction, and strength.

These values converge in his lifelong goal: to establish the Djaha Family Foundation as a lasting legacy for his children and for future generations. This educational foundation will embody the principles that have guided his life—humility in leadership, service to humanity, and faith in the transformative power of purpose. It will stand as a testament to the belief that every immigrant can shape history when its values are lived with integrity and passed forward with intention.

Dr. Djaha holds advanced degrees in international relations and diplomacy, public policy, global leadership, and organizational leadership. His work reflects a deep commitment to global equity, institutional integrity, and the belief that AI must serve as a tool for shared progress rather than widening divides. He speaks frequently at international forums and contributes thought leadership on the future of governance, multilateral cooperation, technology, social impact, women’s leadership, and global cooperation.

Dr. Djaha is a proud citizen of Côte d'Ivoire.
