My mission as CEO of the AI Without Borders Network is to champion a global movement where artificial intelligence becomes a tool for equity, dignity, and shared progress—especially for communities across the Global South. I am committed to building bridges between worldviews, empowering local innovators, and advancing ethical governance frameworks that ensure AI serves humanity, not just markets.
Through strategic partnerships, inclusive capacity building, and open innovation ecosystems, I strive to ensure that the voices, values, and visions of underrepresented communities shape the future of technology. As President & CEO of the AI Without Borders Network, Dr. Jean Narcisse Djaha leads a global initiative dedicated to transforming artificial intelligence into a force for inclusive development, ethical governance, and human-centered innovation—especially across the Global South. His role involves shaping the strategic vision of the organization, forging high-impact partnerships, and championing a pluralistic approach to AI that bridges worldviews and empowers underrepresented communities. Dr. Djaha oversees the design and implementation of programs that expand access to AI skills, equitable data, and open innovation ecosystems, while advocating for policy frameworks that prioritize transparency, fairness, and global equity. Under his leadership, the Network serves as a catalyst for cross-border collaboration, youth empowerment, and purpose-driven technology that reflects the dignity and diversity of all people.
